Our bathroom was transformed by Christina’s design, which looked so much fresher, made kid’s bath times fun and our own mornings happier. I got my linen cupboard, a big bath for our then small ones AND a separate shower, with its sunshine screen! All the fittings lasted really well and when the room finally needed some upgrades after many years, we went back to Christina for guidance which has also proved great.

Christina has been a valuable freelance interior design consultant to our practice since 2017 working on many key hotel projects from 15th Century Coaching Inns to the award-winning Hotel Brooklyns in Manchester and Leicester and recently the 5-star Hotel Gotham. I have always found her ability to work to all briefs exemplary. She demonstrates a strong sense of creativity, matched by a level of professionalism that has ensured hitting both client budget and timelines time and time again.

Christina helped us to create a home way beyond what we imagined at the outset. She knew which big decisions would set the look and saved us so much time and effort in her selections for finishes and fixtures throughout. As our ambitions grew she guided the design of bespoke features which took our interiors to a different level, and made sure other details in the build ‘kept up’. She gave us confidence to bring in colour and we love how everything now flows, from the bootroom and the garden at the bottom to our ‘escape lounge’ on the top floor. We highly recommend Christina if you are considering a refurbishment.

We have never used an interior designer before but would highly recommend the Opus Design experience. What can initially feel like an indulgence, was actually a sensible financial decision as it forced us to really think about what we wanted from the house renovation, and ensure the investment worked for us.

Christina was approachable, straightforward, and responsive to our requests. She quickly understood our needs as a family and came up with designs we would never have thought of yet were so simple. How the house works, the colours and the details are so much improved from Christina’s involvement. We are excited to move back in!

When extending our Ground Floor we realised there were a load of decisions beyond the build itself, that we needed help with. Christina really listened and ‘got’ what we were hoping to achieve. We are so pleased with the real wood flooring which met our budget and which has stood the test of time. Her input was always practical while inspiring us to be bolder with some decisions than we might have been.
